Cancellation Policy for COBedAndBreakfast

We understand that plans may change, but to ensure fairness to all guests and our business operations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount.
2. Forfeiture of Deposit: If a guest cancels their reservation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit amount will be forfeited.
3. No Early Cancellation Approval: Any cancellations made before the 7-day notice period will not be approved, and the deposit amount will be retained.
4. Payment Requirement: Guests are required to pay the requested amount within 24 hours of booking confirmation. This includes the number of hours a pending reservation must be canceled if the customer does not make the payment after the host has confirmed the availability.
